Elinor leads TechJet Aerofoils quality assurance function, shaping the company’s quality strategy and ensuring full compliance with aerospace industry standards. She drives cross-organizational initiatives that strengthen product reliability, process integrity, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Building on her extensive experience in pharma, biotechnology, and leading manufacturing companies, Prior to joining TechJet, she held senior quality leadership positions at Tikun Olam-Cannbit, where she established and managed quality frameworks aligned with IMC-GMP, IMC-GDP, EU-GMP and ISO 17025 standards. She also led the implementation of SAP and LIMS systems, integrating digital tools to enhance traceability and compliance.

Elinor holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering from ORT Braude College. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to bridge the precision of aerospace with the rigorous standards of pharma, driving TechJet’s commitment to excellence and customer trust.
